Once contract was signed Alan informed step by step updates as date drew closer to listing property onto market, multiple inspection prior to going live on internet! Once online we had 2 open inspects morning and late afternoon with 22 families through on first open and a further 7 in afternoon off to a great start and by Wednesday 5 offers on the table! Alan spent the time to go through each offer making our experience in choosing the correct buyer for our property!
